Successful workplaces host great inclusive practices. Supporting customers and employees with a disability is a vital ingredient for a thriving culture. People with disabilities are drastically under-represented in the Australian workforce despite making up nearly a fifth of the population.
Employment enables people with disabilities to achieve financial independence, improve their mental health, and develop friendships.
This course will help organisations to welcome people with disabilities into all aspects of business, and help teams be more inclusive.
