Objectives
Manual reading objectives (Part 1):
- Teach you the fundamental skills you need to use your kettlebells safely and effectively
- Teach you how teach others to use kettlebells safely and effectively
- Teach you how to identify common mistakes in kettlebell lifting and give you the skills to correct these
- Give you information on basic programming for kettlebell training using the kettlebell lifts and positions taught in the workshop
Manual reading objectives (Part 2):
- Teach you more advanced kettlebell lifts using the fundamentals you learnt in Level 1
- Teach you how teach others these more advanced lifts safely and effectively
- Teach you how to identify common mistakes in kettlebell lifting and give you the skills to correct these
- Give you information on more advanced programming using the lifts from Level 1 and Level 2
- Provide ongoing support to assist with your development as a personal trainer with kettlebells
